Where to Get Terra Magica

Terra Magica is obtained by clearing the Academy Crystal Cave located under the Academy of Raya Lucaria sealed by an imp gate on the western base of the academy. After defeating the bosses, take the elevator past them to reach a tower within Raya Lucaria, where you'll find the spell at the top of a tower.
